April 12, 2009 –Philadelphia: Dealer Synergy, one of the top
national automotive sales and training organizations, is putting
special emphasis on its “Dealer Restructuring Program.” This
system is a ground up rebuilding of a dealerships’ Internet and
Business Development Department designed to reach peak
performance targets. Dealers are excited about the results and
many are seeing their online sales efforts double with a few
months of implementing these changes. Pine Belt Chevrolet, in
Lakewood, New Jersey for instance saw their sales go from 70
units to 145 units within four months.
Sean V. Bradley, CEO of Dealer Synergy said, “While we still
hear about bailouts and President Obama’s stimulus package, some
signs in the economy are encouraging and we are seeing auto
sales picking up in some parts of the country. Donald Trump
appeared on the Larry King show recently saying we weren’t in a
depression, but it could get a little bit worse before it gets
better, and I agree with him. We need to be vigilant but also
start planning to make our organizations stronger as we come out
of our issues.”
The success of the Dealer Restructuring Program has been very
visible in the automotive press. Over the past few years five
Dealer Synergy clients utilizing this program have appeared on
the covers of the top monthly magazines in the industry. Dealers
being featured were from across the country in both primary and
secondary markets. They included Peruzzi Toyota of Hatfield, PA,
Willis Honda of Burlington, NJ, Scott Dube Hyundai of
Wilmington, MA, Nelson Mazda of Tulsa, OK, and Scott Robinson
Honda of Torrance, CA. All of them implemented the strategy and
saw their sales volume double or triple within a six month
period.
Dealer Synergy also received, for the second year a Dealers
Choice Award for Internet Training; true recognition from the
industry they serve. They provide real value and solutions to
help dealers implement best business practices to truly sustain
volume and sales growth. Additionally their “The 7 Habits of
Highly Effective People” training program and accreditation from
FranklinCovey further differentiates them from the competition
and provides a powerful management process in the dealership.
