On the vehicle pages do all the pictures load properly, does the color listed match the photos, is the MSRP listed, are there test drive and financing options, are the specials dated correctly, do the links work properly. We check every page on their sites for content and functionality and compare and contrast to your own.
Search engine optimization and search engine marketing - Perform searches on the major search engines to see where and how often your competition shows up in the results. Check lead provider sites to see listings from your competitors, and where they show up relative to your own.
Email and phone mystery shopping - Create an email address with Gmail or Yahoo and shop your competition. Collect and compare their email templates and calls to action with yours.
